Summer reading is functioning much differently than it has in the past. Students can read a book of their choice that they will explain how it represents one of the 10 IB traits in a quick reading check in the fall. We have provided a list of highly suggested books, and it is advised that the student read one of those (they have been looked at by our librarian and are for the correct grade level with appropriate content) however, they can choose a book that is not on this list.
